Welcome to Thebes is a bold reimagining of ancient myth for a world on the edge directed by Timothy Wynn with the Graduating QCGU Acting students.

Moira Buffini’s work fuses Greek tragedy with modern politics, where power, gender, and survival collide in a gripping, fast-paced drama.

With razor-sharp dialogue and unflinching humanity, Welcome to Thebes asks: What does it take to lead in times of crisis? And who gets to decide the future?

The struggle for a just and equal world is not just myth – it is now.
