Take a mid-week pause surrounded by art. 

Slow down, calm your mind and connect with yourself and the world around you. Join Yasuyo Anne Uehara (psychotherapist, life-long meditator, and mindfulness yoga teacher) for a relaxed session of guided meditations, gentle stretches and breathing exercises designed to encourage awareness of the present moment. 

Take advantage of crowd-free access to the Gallery from 5.30 – 6.00pm, with time to explore exhibitions before the session starts.
