Queensland Museum Cobb+Co’s Teen Workshops give young makers the chance to explore vintage trades with a modern twist.
Guided by skilled artisans, teens will learn traditional blacksmithing and jewellery-making techniques while creating a unique piece to take home.
Designed for ages 13–17, these workshops offer a safe, supportive and creative environment to build practical skills and confidence through heritage crafts reimagined for today’s makers.

In this engaging workshop, teens will learn the fundamentals of metalsmithing, exploring traditional techniques to design and craft their own small metal pieces.
Wednesday, 9am to 12pm or 1pm to 4pm.
