Weekday Wellbeing: Art, Mind and Body
Looking for deeper connection to yourself and the world around you? Immerse yourself in art and enjoy the unique opportunity to experience the tranquility of the gallery after dark, while Yasuyo Anne Uehara (psychotherapist, life-long meditator, and mindfulness yoga teacher) guides you through a series of short meditations, gentle stretches, breathing and mindfulness practice designed to help you reconnect with the present moment and restore balance.
Engage with art in a relaxed and special after-hours atmosphere when the Gallery is closed, with an opportunity to view the current exhibition from 5:30pm – 6pm, before the session commences.
This program is repeated monthly, each session will have a similar structure but will offer different guided practices.
