Mini Museum Explorers

Step into a world of wonder with Mini Museum Explorers, our early learning program designed for curious minds aged 3 to 5 years. Children will have the opportunity to touch and explore real museum objects, engage in STEM inspired activities and participate in stories, songs and movement-based play in a fun and social learning environment.

Going on a Croc Hunt

Do you like crocodiles? What makes a crocodile such an amazing animal? Join us for a Croc Hunt! The museum has a few crocodiles lurking around. Will you find one?

Reptiles Rock

These sessions introduce our Mini Museum Explorers to the many different types of reptiles. Crocodiles are one type can you think of any others? What makes a reptile a reptile?

Scales and Tails

Through stories and activities, Mini Museum Explorers will look at crocodile features and how they are different to other animals. Is a crocodile furry or smooth

Important Information

• Participants require a ticket and babies in arms do not.
• All children must be actively supervised by their carer at all times. Carers attending do not require a ticket, however, we have limited room in the space and advise a maximum of 2 carers per child.
• If you're interested in large group bookings of 10+ (children's, kindergarten and vacation care groups), please contact the museum to arrange and do not book via QTIX.

Age Recommendation

This event is recommended for children ages 3 to 5.
