It’s the return of the nerds! World Science Festival Brisbane’s delightfully dorky variety game show is back after two sold-out shows in 2022.  

Comedian Mark Humphries will boldly go where no host has gone before as two all-star teams of scientists, tech heads, creatives and funny people face off in a series of challenges to determine who will be crowned the ultimate nerd. 

Comedic master Dan Ilic and science communicator extraordinaire Angharad Yeo return as your valiant team captains. Patience Hodgson leads the house superband to bring toe-tapping razzle-dazzle as the unyielding servings of science keeps you sitting on the edge of your seat and rolling in the aisle (both at once, just like Schrodinger’s cat). 

Who dares to explore the geeky unknown? Who will lead their team to the ultimate nerdy victory?  Will there be explosions? Well, there’s one thing we do know; whatever happens, it will be hilarious.
