1. Please enter your redemption code.
2. You will then be directed to a page where you can choose your preferred date and time to visit the exhibition. You must attend the session time you book for. Session times are not transferable.
3. Choose the VIP ticket type you have received (single or family) and enter the number of tickets you want to redeem (e.g. “1” for a single adult, “4” for a family).
4. You can purchase additional tickets at this stage if you wish.
5. Follow the commands to complete the rest of the booking transaction.

We recommend that you arrive at the Museum 10 minutes before your ticket time and go directly to Level 3. Additional information about the exhibition and getting to the Museum is available at www.qm.qld.gov.au.
