KIN: IN OUR OWN WORDS
KIN is a collection of poets, knowledge keepers and storytellers re-framing the varying ways in which we have come to understand our place and the healing we find in our searches. These powerful and unapologetic wordsmiths will explore culture, identity, politics, all the isms that make us cringe in the context of de-colonisation.
FEATURING: EVELYN ARALUEN, WANI, LANIYUK GARCON MILLS AND MORE!
The 2018 Queensland Poetry Festival will explore health & healing in the context of poetry and storytelling. Join us for four days of readings, workshops, panels, book launches, author talks, live music, installations, a zine fair and much more.
