The Hancock Prospecting Next Gen Group Show is always one of the most anticipated events on the Fashion Festival calendar, drawing crowds of young fashionistas and industry insiders alike to witness the fresh, creative, and diverse aesthetics of Queensland’s most talented up-and-coming designers. The show includes emerging labels as well as students from the State’s top fashion colleges.

The Next Gen Group Show has consistently provided some of the most impressive visuals, uncompromising aesthetics, and fashion collections with a message: spotlighting issues such as sustainability, gender fluidity and neutrality, diversity, and fashion inclusivity for all.

Show goers will be treated to the diverse and creative visions of Myrrdah, Jarawee, MAARA Collective, Mitch Graham Suit Studio, TAFE Queensland Brisbane, KG BOLD, Whitehouse Institute of Design, Bella Lusso, QUT Fashion, Teddy McRitchie Design, Lightning Boy, Joteo, Practice Sudio and YLD DESIGN.

Guests are also welcomed at The EPICURE Fashion Bar located in King George next to the parade concourse.

The EPICURE Fashion Bar will operate from 5.30pm through until 9.00pm. The EPICURE Fashion Bar will be cashless and any guests looking to purchase must have credit or debit card. This is an 18+ space.

King George Square is parade central for all Group Shows at this year’s Brisbane Fashion Festival and will be staged in a purpose-built marquee.

Situated in front of Brisbane City Hall, and accessible by foot from Ann or Adelaide Street, King George Square is an easy stroll.

There is a taxi drop-off point on the corner of Ann and Roma Street, and a short 30m walk to King George Square.

For those looking to drive, consider King George Square Car Park. Entry after 4.30pm is a flat rate of $5.00.
