Brisbane 2032 & Beyond: Visionaries Shaping the Future

As Brisbane gears up for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, how can we harness our city’s creative, cultural, and entrepreneurial potential to deliver a bold, inclusive legacy?

Courier-Mail Editor Chris Jones leads a conversation with four visionary leaders reshaping their fields on the global stage from a Brisbane base:

  • Benjamin Millepied – internationally acclaimed choreographer, founder of L.A. Dance Project, and former director of the Paris Opera Ballet.
  • Cathie Reid AM – entrepreneur, digital health leader and philanthropist driving innovation and impact.
  • Louise Bezzina – arts leader with 25 years delivering transformative cultural programs and Artistic Director of Brisbane Festival.
  • Rachel Healy – CEO of QPAC and one of Australia’s most influential cultural strategists.

The evening will open with remarks from Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner and a special performance by Adam James, Indigenous Australian country singer from Moreton Bay.

Presented as part of Brisbane Festival 2025, in celebration of the Australian exclusive season of GEMS by L.A. Dance Project.
