The Buying Process
See the steps below for information about buying tickets online.


Buying Process


STEP 1 - FIND EVENT
Search by event, producer, venue, date, interest, package or keyword on the Home and What's On & Booking pages.
When you've found an event that interests you, click the 'event title' OR 'buy' button to begin the buying process.


STEP 2 - SELECT DATE
  • Use the grey drop-down box at the top of the event listing to select the date and time of the event you'd like to attend.
  • Click the 'buy' button.

STEP 3 - SELECT TICKETS
  • Select the part of the venue you want to sit in. Click 'continue' to select prices.
  • Choose between 1 and 10 tickets, and click 'add to basket' to find the best availabletickets.

STEP 4 - BASKET
  • Check the ticket details.
  • Click 'change' to select different tickets OR click 'remove' to empty your basket and return to the event listing page.
  • Choose the delivery method for your tickets, either post or box office collection.
  • Click 'confirm and book now' to confirm your ticket selection.
  • Click 'continue shopping' to search for more events OR click 'empty basket' to exist the buying process.
Please Note - You have 10 minutes to complete your purchase before your tickets are released.


STEP 5 - SIGN IN
You must have a qtix account to purchase tickets online.
  • Enter your qtix account email address.
  • Enter your password. Forgotten password? Click 'I have forgotten my password...' and we'll email it to you.
  • Click 'log on' to continue.
  • If you don't have a qtix account, register as a new user.

STEP 6 - PAYMENT
  • Check the qtix account details are yours and check the items in your shopping basket are correct.
  • Click ‘confirm and book now’ to continue OR click ‘return to basket’ to change your ticket selection.
  • Enter your credit card number.
  • Enter the name on the credit card.
  • Enter the credit card's expiry date.
  • Read and accept the 'terms and conditions of sale' by clicking on the tick box.
  • Click 'confirm and book' to begin your credit card payment OR click 'back to your basket' to continue shopping.

STEP 7 - CONFIRM TICKET
  • After successful payment you will see a ticket confirmation page that contains your Booking Purchase Number.
  • Please record your Booking Purchase Number as you'll be asked for it when making enquiries or collecting tickets.
  • Click 'print' to retain this page for your records.
  • You will also receive an immediate email to confirm your booking.
