Jostein Gaarder revisits the philosophical questions raised in Sophie’s World in his new book The Castle in the Pyrenees. He also revisits the dramatic landscape, lush forests and wet air that enrich Norwegian folktales and lore. Icelander Kari Gislason joins Jostein to discuss writing informed by the environment.
